Easy Crockpot Chicken Fajitas recipe will be your dinner favorite. No marinade, no sauteed vegetables, the slow cooker seasons and tenders the chicken and peppers perfectly!
In a large crockpot, add chicken. Top with peppers and onion. Add seasonings and pour chicken broth over the top. Add lime juice.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
When ready to serve, shred chicken into large chunks with a fork. Serve on a tortilla with your favorite toppings. ENJOY.
Notes
If you would rather have sliced chicken instead of shredded, remove from crockpot and slice on a diagonal. You may want to decrease your cooking time to 5 hours.
Want your peppers with a slight crisp? Add them in the last 30 minutes so they are colorful and crunchy.
Serve your chicken fajitas buffet style for a party with all your favorite toppings in bowls for guests to choose from.
